What are the lessons to be learned from the ever-growing number of high profile sexual harassment claims?  What should employers do now?  This session will be an important, interactive conversation about what practical steps we should take now at all levels in the workplace to address the major changes resulting from the daily harassment revelations and movements such as #MeToo and Times Up.
This will not be a “typical harassment prevention” panel!  Instead, our panel will provude input on how employers can respond creatively and effectively to the cultural shift happening around us.
