- The difference between entitlements and block grants and how a change to a block grant Medicaid program might impact individuals and businesses;
- How we landed in our current health care system of entitlements for some, but not all;
- The larger role of federal and state government in improving or hindering health (and health care); and

- How we might reimagine the health care system going forward.
