Leadership Greater New Haven
Now entering its 28th year, Leadership Greater New Haven (LGNH) is held annually from October to March. Participants in LGNH conduct community service projects during their 6-month curriculum. During this time, they partner with a local non-profit organization and work in small groups. This allows participants an opportunity to further develop their leadership skills. A sampling of topics includes:
- Understanding New Haven’s Assets
- Goal Setting
- Presentations Skills
- Team Building and Problem Solving
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
- “Thriving in Chaos” workshop
- Regionalism
- Social Media Marketing
The 2012 Graduation ceremony took place on March 28, 2012 at The WoodWinds in Branford, CT.
