Annual Meeting & Business Leadership Awards

The event highlights GNHCC’s achievements and includes the election of its Board of Directors, the presentation of the Corporate Heritage Award, which honors businesses that have operated successfully for more than 100 years. The Business Leadership Awards recognizes individuals and businesses that have exhibited exceptional leadership skills and are active participants in business and/or community organizations.

QCC Connecticut Manufacturing, Engineering & Technology Career Fair

This event is FREE and open to the public. We have a vast array of job opportunities as well as interview technique workshops.

Nonprofit Board & Volunteer Recruitment Fair

This FREE event connects potential board members and volunteers with nonprofit organizations that have board openings and volunteer opportunities. This networking event not only targets the nonprofit industry, but it also welcomes for-profit companies interested in working within the nonprofit community. Attendees learn how board service can affect change and strengthen the local community. Presented by the Nonprofit Resource Council.

QCC Annual Meeting & Awards Dinner

The event brings together regional business communities to celebrate QCC’s achievements while looking forward to the coming year. It includes the election of the chamber’s Board of Directors, the presentation of multiple awards which honor chamber businesses and individuals and the presentation of scholarships to outstanding high school students who seek to further their education.

Health Care & Life Sciences Award

An annual networking event presented by the Chamber’s Healthcare Council & Life Sciences Council. Wellness awards are presented each year to Chamber partner companies with outstanding wellness programs. The event draws over 250 attendees and features a keynote speaker or panel discussion, and exhibits from HCLS partners.

QCC Annual Golf Classic

The tournament serves as a major fundraiser for the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce Charitable Trust. It’s a great way for companies to enjoy a relaxing day of golf and networking. The Golf Classic is open to the general public as well as companies from both QCC & GNHCC.

Policy Summit

This event features a facilitated discussion about policy issues that are relevant and meaningful to the business community. Attendees will hear perspectives on policies and topics including workforce, transportation, economic development, and more. After the summit, join the regional business community for an evening of networking, food tastings, wine & spirits, and live entertainment.

QCC North Haven Festival & Business Expo

A Business to Business Showcase where companies display their products and services, and network with other businesses and engage potential customers.

QCC Women's Achievement Awards Luncheon

Honoring women who exhibit exceptional business or community leadership skills which produce noteworthy results; supports and mentors women in business, and active participation in business and/or community organizations.

The Big Connect hosts an impressive lineup of speakers and provides new opportunities to build your business connections. Highlights include the Nonprofit Stars Align Awards Breakfast and The Big Taste. This is an all-day event that draws almost a thousand individuals.

The Wallingford Mayor delivers a state of the town address highlighting economic development achievements, budget, grand list growth, safety and public utility updates.

Regional Workforce Summit

The fair attracts both career seekers and employers in the Greater New Haven region.
