Workforce shortages are among the greatest challenges faced by employers in our state, especially in the areas of health care, behavioral health, and life sciences. Long term solutions require innovation, investment, and collaboration. Our panel of workforce development leaders will highlight state level workforce development programs and resources, describe the potential role of foundations and private donors, and feature workforce development innovations and partnerships that are currently underway in Connecticut.
