TOPIC: The Great Realignment

With workforce shortages, employees are now in the driver's seat and able to demand higher salaries and benefits such as flexible schedules and increased professional development. Join us on June 15th as we hear Eric Thompson, Principal, BlueBack Health, moderate a discussion with Ed Klonoski, M.A., President, Charter Oak State College, and Mauri Quinn, SHRM-SCP, Vice President Human Resources at PhysicianOne Urgent Care, about how their organizations are working to meet today's challenges.
As President of Connecticut's public online college, Ed Klonoski will dig into what Charter Oak State College is doing to provide "A Higher Degree of Online Learning" to individuals and organizations that are committed to an educated workforce.
Mauri Quinn will explain how human resource experts need to work with senior management to manage and solve challenges. She will share what PhysicianOne has done to support their five hundred employees, twenty plus locations, and thousands of patients across CT, MA, and NY.
