In its past life - the historical building served as a public school. Each classroom has been developed into unique office spaces and can be completely built out to suit the needs of your business. BOROUGH496 offers several options for space, as well as shared services and amenities to foster economic growth in different service and technology industries. Businesses will gain access to collaborative partnerships, membership programs, and individualized services.
Members will also gain access to our on-site business mentor who will periodically meet with entrepreneurs to deal with whatever challenges they're facing and bring in more resources as appropriate. The goal is to make launching a business easier for entrepreneurs by providing opportunities for those who might otherwise never have had them.
