The advancement of technology over the past decade has changed the human resources (HR) role as well as the way the companies operate in the market. This debate has heated up around technology and the employee's use of it on company time. The discussion has become of significant importance with the advent of "working from home" employees, the use of the Internet, working on vacation and many other issues. How do we mitigate employee fatigue? How do we structure compensation fairly? When can employees use their phones? 

This panel will discuss the challenges, modifications and solutions for employers and policies to put in place to help navigate this challenging time.
