Millennials change jobs, on average, every 2.5 years. What older generations might perceive as laziness may, in fact, be boredom.
Is managing a Millennial any different than managing any other employee? Are there value differences across generations that could impact your management style? While Millennials turnover their job every 2.5 years on average, some companies enjoy lower turnover with the younger generation. This forum will offer a variety of perspectives on these questions and offer a few suggestions on how to manage more effectively.
