Yoga on the Lawn at PMH

There will be a free yoga class with Tobie Schuerfeld on the lawn of the Pardee-Morris House, 325 Lighthouse Road, in New Haven. All levels welcome, over 10 years of age. Please bring yoga mat or towel. For weather updates check our FB/IG pages or call 203-562-4183. Schuerfeld has been teaching in the New Haven yoga community for 16 years. She has extensive training in the knowledge of the body and loves to teach students how to listen and understand their own bodies. Her classes are structured to create mindfulness in movement and breath awareness. Her goal is to teach students how to practice in a way that creates health and longevity in life.
