    The Producer is an integral part of Arts & Ideas producing and project management function, supporting the organization’s co-creative efforts with artists to envision and bring to life complex projects and new approaches to the making of artistic works. Arts & Ideas utilizes cross-functional, highly collaborative project teams to guide operational planning, decision-making, and execution of produced arts experiences. This position will work directly with the Director of Programming and Community Impact and the Director of Artistic Planning and Operations to support the creation of new work for the Festival.

    Full time w/benefits, $60,000/year

    Fellowship Instructor

    The International Festival of Arts and Ideas’ Fellowship Program offers qualified New Haven public school sophomores and juniors a unique, fully-funded opportunity to learn about the arts and arts administration. The Fellowship Program is a semester-long college-level course designed to develop students’ skills in communication and critical thinking by immersing them in all aspects of the Festival: performances, lectures, community engagement, production, and management. Working and teaching alongside a Gateway Community College Instructor, the Fellowship Co-Teacher will lead and execute the program.
    Part time/temporary; $24/hour

    Development Relation Associate 
    The Development Relations Associate is a key part of the fundraising team at the International Festival of Arts & Ideas.  They enjoy building and stewarding authentic relationships and connecting people to the work of the Festival. They are inspired by the Festival’s racial equity commitments and in connecting the work of the Development department toward a vision that engages and celebrates diversity. This position has direct impact on the organization’s reputation among audience members, sponsors and other stakeholders, and the financial and operational performance of the organization.
    Full time w/benefits, $25/hour

    Senior Development Writer
    The Senior Development Writer plays a key role at the International Festival of Arts & Ideas, developing compelling language to tell our story. This person will be responsible for writing grants, developing grant reports, and creating language that will connect corporate, government, and philanthropic institutions to our work.

    Production Manager
    The Production Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing the Festival’s production needs for Festival events related to programming, development, community impact, and communications.
    Temporary w/variable hours; $40/hour initially followed by full time schedule at $1400/week February 13-July 10.
